Ancient Egyptian History 

Ancient Egyptians were known for their art, architecture, highly-developed writing system, and complex religious beliefs. They left behind artifacts that attest to their culture and way of life, including the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Valley of the Kings. Ancient Egyptians developed an advanced civilization and made significant advances in mathematics, astronomy, medical practice, and anatomy. Their influence continued to modern times, with many of their gods, philosophies, and traditions still practiced today.
